Last updated August 2026. We're a small, family-run farm — this page explains, in plain language, what we collect when you shop with us and what we do with it.
When you place an order, we collect your full name, phone number, email address, and delivery address (address lines, city, state, and pincode) so we can ship your order and keep you updated on it. If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, and your message. We don't collect payment card details ourselves — see "Payments" below.
We use your information only to: process and ship your order, contact you about your order or an inquiry you've sent us, and respond to bulk or wholesale requests. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties, and we don't use it for advertising.
Checkout is handled by Razorpay, our payment processor. Your card, UPI, or other payment details are entered directly into Razorpay's secure checkout window and never pass through or get stored on our servers. Your name, phone, email, and delivery address are shared with Razorpay as order notes so we can identify and fulfill each order — Razorpay's own privacy policy governs how they handle payment data.
We keep order and contact information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle any follow-up (like a return or a question), and meet our basic business record-keeping needs. We don't keep it longer than that.
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to what we need to keep for order and tax records. Just reach out through our contact page and we'll take care of it directly — there's no automated process, it's just us.
